Tickets can also be purchased from the event ticket box, located next to the main gate from 3pm event days - until sold out.

Ticket Includes: Entry into the event, ALL attractions, ALL entertainment, ALL amusement rides - everything is included with your single entry ticket - for the entire day.

Everything except food, drinks, retail items & merchandise - which is all available separately.

We will have a variety of different vendors at each location - subject to their availability.

TICKET VALID FOR ONE DAY ONLY - You must purchase a second ticket to attend for a second day.

All tickets (individual, family, seniors) are exactly the same - the only difference is price (buying more is cheaper). Don't forget, Children 3yo & under are free! 

Yes, we absolutely do! Please ensure you show your card at the ticket box to receive a FREE wristband for the carer - Only accepted to accompany a paid ticket holder. 

Yes, absolutely! You DO NOT need to nominate which day you are attending. If we don't see you on the Friday, we'll see you on Saturday! Lets #GLOW! 

We have made the decision to set one reasonable price-point for all event attendees. Unfortunately, we do not have different ticket types available (except Seniors Card holders). The reason for this is it allows us to offer a lower price across the board & FREE ENTRY to children 3yo & under. 

For our GloTopia events, we have spent literally hundreds of thousands of dollars on the decorations, installations, event infrastructure, entertainment, performers, amusements & more - You will not be disappointed! We promise an experience not to be missed!

Main Gate - 3:30pm to 9pm

All Rides - 3:45pm to 8:45pm

Ticket Box - 3pm to 8pm (located next to main gate)

No worries! All event patrons will receive a wristband from our ticket box upon entry - simply show your wristband at the gate to gain entry or re-entry.

This event will still go ahead with a small amount of rain predicted. 

In the event of heavy rain forecast, Management reserve the right to cancel the event at anytime; however we will try our absolute best to postpone the event to another date if possible.

In the event of complete event cancellation, refunds will issued automatically.

Our event manager will be keeping a watchful eye over event patrons throughout the night.

Potential winners will be approached between 7pm - 8pm with the winners announced at 8pm, immediately prior to the fire show by our amazing fire performer!
